Over the last few years I have been on a mission to impart my knowledge of Preserves making and baking, hence my Recipe Books. First Preserves is an authoritative guide to making marmalades, jams, chutneys and how to enter competitions. The book is aimed at anyone who would like to know more about home preserving.

The iBooks, First Preserves Marmalades, First Preserves Jams and  First Preserves Chutneys are expanded versions of the relevant sections of the hardback  and each contain a how to video. Fruit Curds Make & Bake is new content and includes  a how to video and detailed illustrations.

The Kindle books do not contain videos, but contain much of the same content, with added baking with preserves sections, in the Marmalade and Jam books.
